What we do

IBS provides commercial general contracting, plumbing and related construction services in the Greater Houston area. The scope, price and schedule of any work are governed by a separate written agreement between IBS and the client, not by this website.

Estimates and agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only under a signed agreement. Where an estimate is given, it is based on the information available at the time and on conditions that can reasonably be observed. Concealed conditions discovered during the work may change the scope, price or schedule, and we will tell you in writing if they do.

Warranty

Warranty terms applicable to a project are specified in writing on the relevant invoice or agreement. No warranty is created by this website.

Intellectual property

The content, images, marks and layout of this site belong to IBS or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our permission.

Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
